This Privacy Policy explains how Michal Džupinka - Al DataFlow ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GetFileFromAI Chrome Extension and associated website (collectively, the "Service").

Our business model is fundamentally built on privacy. The primary function of our Service is formatting your text into documents. We have designed our system strictly so that we have zero visibility into your chat content, prompts, or AI outputs.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

To ensure high B2B and enterprise security standards, it is vital to outline what we intentionally do not track:

• Your AI Conversations: Your prompts, text inputs, images, or AI-generated answers accessed via ChatGPT or Gemini UI are processed client-side in your browser's memory. We do not extract, read, or send these texts to our servers.
• Your Generated Files: Document compilation (generating PDFs, Word files, Excel files) is done mathematically by JavaScript locally on your machine. The resulting files are never transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
• Analytics: We do not inject behavioral tracking scripts into your open AI website tabs.

3. Data We Collect and Why

We only collect the absolute minimum data necessary to prevent abuse of the free tier and to process your lifetime credit licenses.

A. Hardware Fingerprint (Zero-Friction Authentication)

When you generate a file, we generate a unique, non-reversible cryptographic hash based on your browser properties. This helps us ensure that users receive exactly 5 free lifetime generation credits natively without needing to create a password account. This hash cannot be mapped back to your personal identity.

B. Email Address (Chrome Identity)

We log your Google Chrome Account email address only to securely authenticate you via our backend (Supabase) to check your purchased credit limits. We never sell or share your email with third-party marketers.

C. Billing Details via Third Parties

When you purchase a tier package, your transaction is processed entirely by our "Merchant of Record" payment gateway, Lemon Squeezy. We do not process, ask for, or store your credit card numbers. We only receive a webhook (a digital receipt) from Lemon Squeezy containing your email and the type of package purchased, allowing our systems to issue your digital license.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted enterprise-grade infrastructure to operate the service:

• Supabase: For securely storing your email identity and how many file downloads you have performed (Usage logging).
• Lemon Squeezy: For global transaction settlement, invoicing, and tax processing.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you possess the right to request the deletion of your account data (your email and remaining download credits). Because we do not store your chat histories, any deletion request simply purges your associated credit log from our Supabase database.

If you wish to terminate your license and erase your database record, please contact us.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time to reflect architectural changes or regulatory updates. We will notify our users of significant changes via email or prominently on our website. Continued usage of the Chrome Extension implies your consent to the changes.
