1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetFileFromAI Chrome browser extension and our website (the "Service"), provided by Michal Džupinka - Al DataFlow ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of the Service

GetFileFromAI is a browser extension utility that facilitates the extraction and parsing of HTML elements dynamically rendered on third-party Artificial Intelligence chat interfaces (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Google's Gemini), transforming them directly into downloadable computer files (PDF, Word, Excel).

The Service operates via a credit system. For every successful document exported, one credit is deducted from your balance.

3. Payment, Credits, and Licensing

A. Lifetime Credits

Credits purchased via our standard tiers are considered "lifetime" limits. They do not expire chronologically. Your credits will remain associated with your authenticated email account until you have successfully downloaded the stated quota of files.

B. Merchant of Record

All financial transactions are governed and processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles order fulfillment, tax collection, and compliance for the sale of our digital licenses. When you purchase credits, your billing agreement is officially formed with Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

4. Refund Policy

We are confident in our product and adhere to EU regulatory standards regarding consumer digital purchases. We offer a 14-Day Refund Guarantee under the following specific condition to prevent abuse:

• You may request a full refund within exactly 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
• Condition of Refund: Because our product is an immediately consumed digital utility, refunds are strictly only issued if you have utilized fewer than 5 paid credits. (Downloading more than 5 documents instantly disqualifies you from a refund, as the service has been successfully consumed).

If you meet these criteria and wish to initiate a refund, please email our support team with your order receipt identifier.

5. Dependency Disclaimer & Service Availability

The fundamental nature of GetFileFromAI relies on reading the Document Object Model (DOM) and user interface structures of third-party platforms entirely outside our control (namely OpenAI and Google). While our team actively monitors these interfaces and issues rapid updates to preserve formatting functionalities:

• We cannot be held liable if third-party providers fundamentally block, obfuscate, or redesign their websites in a manner that permanently prevents DOM extraction.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a major third-party update occurs, the extension may temporarily break until an update is approved by the Chrome Web Store.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Michal Džupinka - Al DataFlow, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or business interruption, resulting from your use of the generated files. You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of the downloaded documents before utilizing them for professional, legal, or financial purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
